Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.

Orders typically require 1–10 business days for preparation.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

International orders may incur import duties or taxes payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Handmade pieces may have slight variations in appearance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Items

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notify us through our Contact page and return the item within another 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds include the purchase price and standard delivery costs where required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation, although we may wait until we receive the item or proof of its return. Deductions may apply only for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Personalized Items

Products made to your individual specifications, including individually engraved jewellery, are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us through our Contact page. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement or refund remain unaffected.

Withdrawal Notice

You may use the following wording: "I withdraw from my purchase of [item], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and address are [details]. Date: [date]."
